1. Eligibility


You must be at least 18 years old to schedule or pay for services.




2. Services


We provide residential and commercial cleaning services. Specific services, pricing, and scope are listed in service agreements or booking confirmations.




3. Payment & Billing


  • Payment is due at time of booking or service completion, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Payments are non-refundable once services are rendered.
  • Late or declined payments may result in service suspension.




4. SMS/Text Messaging (A2P Compliance)


By opting in, you consent to SMS/text communication from Transparent Cleaning Company.


  • Message Frequency: Service confirmations, reminders, scheduling changes, promotions.
  • Opt-Out: Reply STOP at any time.
  • Help: Reply HELP for support.
  • Fees: Message and data rates may apply.
  • Carrier Disclaimer: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.




5. Customer Responsibilities


You agree to:


  • Provide safe and reasonable access to the property.
  • Remove fragile or valuable items from cleaning areas.
  • Notify us of special cleaning instructions or hazardous conditions.




6. Cancellations & Rescheduling


  • At least 30 days notice is required to cancel or reschedule without fees.
  • Late cancellations may result in a fee.




7. Intellectual Property


Our website content, branding, and materials are our property and may not be copied without permission.




8. Limitation of Liability


We are not responsible for indirect or incidental damages. Liability for damages is limited to the cost of the service provided.




9. Disclaimer of Warranties


Services are provided “as is” without warranties beyond what is stated in your booking confirmation.




10. Termination


We may suspend or terminate services if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or create unsafe conditions.




11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution


These Terms are governed by the laws of Colorado. Disputes will first attempt resolution by good-faith negotiation, then binding arbitration in El Paso Count/Colorado.




12. Changes to Terms


We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of updates.
